First drawing in FOREVER. I wanted to put it up so I could get some feedback going.
This is my first female figure using the tutorial I bought from the gentleman at idrawgirls.com. Truthfully, his video left a lot to be desired, but the Adobe how-to was what I was really going for. I'll upload a few of the in-between drawings into my sketch blog in a while. If anyone could point me in the direction of tone/value tutorials (shading to you manga folk), that would help. It seems to be my achilles' heel, so to speak. Criticism wholeheartedly accepted, as I can't improve without it. Final work. I'm no good with backgrounds. Again, anyone who can point me in the direction of any tutorials or would instruct me themselves, halp pl0x. |
